Webinar; Project Based Learning
The thing that I noticed first when attending my Webinar is how nice the user interface is. It's very friendly and easy to use, allowing easy interactions with the webinar presenters via the group chat and the Q/A section as well. I expected it to see the presenters live but was instead greeted with slides, which was great but would have preferred a picture-in-picture view for a slightly better experience, speaking as someone who watches streams often and is used to the PIP view. Now for the topic; Project Based Learning. The presenters spoke of its rapid increase in popularity and why there could be disadvantages to that popularity increase, which included its misuse, its application exclusively to students with disabilities, and others. They also set standards for the proper use of PBL. They later showed many clips and interviews with teachers using PBL and students applying and it was a pretty convincing display!
